6:30pm- WELCOME AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
A big thanks to Geico of Braintree for sponsoring Mrs. Claus’s 1st Annual Gingerbread House Contest. Make sure to go over to the Geico tent to vote for your favorite Gingerbread House.
There’s a lottery for kids ages 4 to 8 years old! We’ll be selecting 5 names of children who will get to ride on Santa’s float during tomorrow’s holiday parade. Visit Mrs. Claus to enter your child in the lottery. Names will be announced tonight, you must be here to accept your Elf assignment!
The holiday lights here in Baxter Park are sponsored by MEMO, not by the town of Medfield or Belforge Arts Center. Every year MEMO spends about $2,000- $4000 to maintain these lights and this decades long tradition. Some folks have asked if MEMO would like help to put up more lights and/or change the displays. Tonight we’re fundraising for that purpose. Around the park you’ll see signs mounted on orange reflectors. Please consider donating by using the QR code. Thank you for your generosity. Every bit helps.
Announcement – Last year Baxter Park was littered with Trash. Please dispose of your family’s trash in one of the many containers around the park otherwise expenses will be incurred to clean it up on Saturday morning
