We've sold out our Booths.  If you're interested in being placed on our Waitlist, select the Exhibitor Registration Form button, apply as "Waitlist", complete the Application Form, and proceed to the Invoicing Section.  You'll be placed on the Waitlist only upon our receipt of your payment.

If you've paid to be on the Waitlist, and end up not being placed in a Booth, your payment will be refunded.

Please review the Exhibitor Documents and Registration Periods before applying.

Registration Periods

  • May 15-June 15: 2023 Exhibitors have priority to reserve last year's booth

  • June 16-June 30: 2023 Exhibitors who wish to change their booths and MEMO members who were not 2023 Exhibitors

  • July 1st-Sept 13: Registration open to all on a first-come, first served basis
