2025 Summer Concert Series July 17th - A Celtic Band

MEMO presented the fifth concert of the 2025 Summer Concert Series today at 6 PM at the Gazebo behind the Medfield Public Library with the lively and melodic sounds of A Celtic Band! 

This talented group blends Irish, Scottish, and Canadian Maritime Celtic influences with American heartland roots and acoustic pop/rock. Their original music features traditionally inspired Celtic melodies combined with modern storytelling—all delivered with upbeat rhythms that keep the energy high and the crowd moving.

This week’s concert is hosted by Splash and Dash Groomerie & The Brown & Barrett Team, Coldwell Banker—thank you for supporting live music in Medfield! MEMO will also be offering an adult and youth T-shirt raffle at every concert—take a chance to win a free T-shirt!

We hope you enjoyed last week’s concert with Route 109 Acoustic Band! Medfield’s own cover band brought the perfect summer vibe with their mix of classics, country favorites, and upbeat modern tunes. It was a joy to sing, dance, and relax in the park with neighbors and friends. Thank you to Needham Bank and Medfield Lions Club for sponsoring that fantastic night of community fun.

Looking ahead to Thursday, July 24th, the smooth and soulful Shane Wood Jazz Trio takes the stage! Led by Medfield’s own Shane Wood on piano and vocals, with Neil Kruszkowski on saxophone and vocals and Bruce Owens on drums, the trio delivers a refreshing mix of jazz standards, contemporary favorites, and original songs. Their laid-back groove and polished musicianship make for a relaxing and delightful summer evening.

The July 24th concert will be hosted by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices – Page Realty—thank you for supporting this beloved Medfield tradition! A special thank-you also goes to Borchers Trust Law, who generously underwrites the entire series and helps bring live music to the heart of our town.
